The Department of Information Technology's Help Center is the primary resource to learn about or request IT services. You will need to sign in to the Help Center to take advantage of all the features, submit request forms, and browse the Service Catalog.

First, set up your BSU account.
You will need the following information to complete your account setup:
- Find your Username and Employee/Student ID Number.
- Visit the Password Management Portal.
- Enter your Username and click Submit.
- You will be prompted to verify your identity. Enter your Employee ID or Student ID, and Click Submit.
- For the initial setup, a message will prompt you to complete your secret questions. Click Close.
- Set up your secret questions; verify your answers, and click Submit.
- Enter a password, verify your password, and click Submit.
- Congratulations! You have finished setting up your account.
Second, sign in to the IT Help Center.

Scroll to the top of this page, and locate the Sign in button in the top right corner.
- Click Sign in and enter your BSU username and password.
