IT Security Awareness Training

Description:  All Faculty and Staff are required by the State of Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT) and University System of Maryland (USM) to complete IT Security Awareness Training.  The goal is to educate technology users in safely accessing websites, applications and handling data. BSU employs a third-party service, KnowBe4, to conduct IT Security Awareness Training.  The training is broken out into modules consisting of short videos and review questions.
   
Who's Eligible:  Faculty and Staff
   

Requirements:
  • All Faculty and Staff will receive an email notification to complete the training.
  • Notifications will be sent until training is completed.
  • Use your BSU credentials (email and password).
